A Zen Gift Certificate is the ideal gift for any occasion. You can purchase a gift certificate in store or over the phone by credit card
and we will gladly post or email it out for you .
Zen ethics
At zen health & beauty, we aspire to keep a peaceful and harmonious environment at all times for your comfort. Out of respect for other guests, please refrain from using loud voices and turn your mobile phone onto silent we want you to come in and totally chill out . We also ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for any treatment you are wishing to indulge in.
Bookings & Cancellation Policy
As of Monday 23/9/19 we will require valid credit card details to secure any bookings over $100
Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up to your appointment without notice OR if you fail to give 24hrs notice on a cancellation, in which case 50% of the booking price will be charged to your credit card.
As you may appreciate, these fees compensate us for the loss of any other bookings for the room, equipment and therapist(s) and we thank you for your understanding in the matter.
If you choose to not give us your credit card details, your booking is only secured once a non refundable 50% deposit is paid for the booking.
**Group bookings must be paid for and confirmed 48 hrs prior to the date of service.
